The group sales staff was unresponsive and I never felt taken care of. Our company’s founder as well as the CEO and President were supposed to have received complimentary upgrades to suites - neither did. In addition, the founder was charged an upgrade fee to a suite on the final bill. They didn’t even have a room ready for him when he arrived - didn’t show him on the rooming list even though his information was provided. Worst experience in meeting planning I have had to date.
